Current Programs
We are currently scheduling one-day programs and training sessions for 2025! These include the Explorer & Cadet Wellness Program, Peer Support Resilience Training, and Tactical Wellness for high-risk specialized units such as SWAT and K9. Each of these programs emphasizes the importance of peer support, practical regulation techniques, and building tools to navigate the unique challenges of the job. Visit the link for more details.
Peer Support
While our in-person retreat is still in development, The Cooperative is here to bridge the gap. This service exists for those who need support now, navigating life’s toughest moments or simply managing the stresses of day-to-day life on the front lines. Our team of volunteers understand the challenges firsthand. We are here to offer real support, practical guidance, and help you access the resources that can make a difference.
