Current Programs
We are currently scheduling one-day programs and training sessions for 2025! These include the Explorer & Cadet Wellness Program, Peer Support Resilience Training, and Tactical Wellness for high-risk specialized units such as SWAT and K9. Each of these programs emphasizes the importance of peer support, practical regulation techniques, and building tools to navigate the unique challenges of the job. Visit the link for more details.
Peer Support
We are currently offering weekly peer support meetings via Zoom, exclusively for active and retired first responders. These sessions, known as The Process, are led by certified peer specialists and fellow first responders, creating a safe, confidential space to connect with others who truly understand the challenges of the job.
