Every purchase from our shop goes directly toward supporting first responders and their families. Because these sales are part of our fundraising efforts, all purchases are considered final.

That said, we want you to be happy with your order. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing flaw, or if you receive the wrong size or product by mistake, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@runestoneranch.org. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund in certain cases.
