THE RANCH

 Our landscape is more than scenery. Quiet ponds, rolling hills, open space, and horses roaming the property create an environment where first responders can step away from the demands of the job and reset. The ranch is also evolving, with new cabins and facilities under construction to expand what the land already provides. The land itself plays an active role in recovery and training. Casting a line in the pond, walking the trails, or being around the horses creates space to decompress and reset in ways that classrooms and clinics cannot. 

Thanks to the support of Lenco Armored Vehicles, we have completed construction on our fully developed range. This serves as a core part of our training and wellness programs. The range provides first responders with a space for hands-on education, skill-building, and stress regulation as part of our retreats and one-day courses. A portion of the range is dedicated to Officer Michael Silver of the Pittsfield Police Department, honoring his service and sacrifice. This space is a reminder of why our mission matters and who we stand to protect.
