 This one-day wellness course, led by experienced first responders, provides essential stress management and resilience skills through peer support and team-building activities across our 100-acre ranch, including the boneyard and range, to equip future leaders for the field’s demands and prepares them to lead others through challenges.

• Recognize and address signs of burnout and empathy fatigue (BOLO)

• Proactively create a culture that reduces stigma around seeking help in first responder roles
