Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is rooted in a simple yet profound concept: to elevate first responders while bringing awareness that even heroes, amidst their selfless feats, may at times require the very help that they extend to others. Runestone Ranch was founded by retired law enforcement personnel and is led by certified Advanced Peer Specialists who are seasoned first responders from various fields, reflecting a diverse spectrum of experiences, backgrounds, and expertise. Our peers have navigated their own trauma journeys, have achieved notable levels of recovery, and draw from their personal triumphs over adversity to pave the way for others. Much like the proverb 'iron sharpens iron,' we believe in the transformative power of shared experiences.
